Fusion Organic Cafe

We are a lively and original award winning Gastro-cafe
in the center of Sheffield's historic cultural industries quarter.

We serve seasonal fresh local and organic food, from quick snacks to fine meals, all hand made on the premises.

Our base menu changes quarterly, and many items such as specials and salads change daily.

Fusion Organic Cafe is a social enterprise owned by Ruskin Mill Trading (RMT) Limited,
and managed by Freeman College.
Freeman College and RMT are both operated by
Ruskin Mill Education Trust (RMET).

Cafe

Opening times:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm, Saturday 10.00am to 3.30pm,

Eat-in and take-away food.

Alchohol - (daytime) none, Credit/debit cards -yes

Please note, for lunchtime groups of 5 or more people, we advise pre-booking.
During the period of 12-2pm, the seating area is reserved for diners only.

Bistro

Opening times:

Thursday and Friday 6pm - 10pm (last sitting 8.30pm)

Starting January 19th 2011

Corporate events and private parties: Exclusive use of the premises. (subject to minimum order)

Alchohol: BYOB (Corkage £1 per person)

Events & Catering

New menus in production...

Intimate dining menus (from £5 pp) include selections from the regular lunchtime Café menu and are ideal for group lunches, conferences.

Celebratory catering menus (from £12 pp) include canapes and gourmet plate buffet options, and are ideal for business relaunches and networking events.
